● Develop and implement recruitment, retention and student success strategies● Lead Coordinator for the New Student Orientation Committee● Lead Coordinator for the Open House Committee ● Lead Coordinator for the College Fair Committee ● Attend college fairs and individual visits to high schools● Assist new students through the application process as well as to unsure next steps are completed just as student portal access, placement testing and to follow with orientation ● Coordinate larger capacity events such as parent engagement events for the high school and the college community; campus visits and other recruitment activities● Conduct annual reviews and updates for the Early College: Dual Credit Program ● Works closely with committees to plan and implement new initiatives as related to the College’s mission of student success● Trains and supervises the Student Leaders Program geared towards assisting recruitment activities, leading new student orientation, and supporting the student services division events● Maintain and develop positive relationships with feeder high schools and other institutions

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks• Assist professional staff within various Division’s initiatives aimed at promoting student success• Assist with the coordination, planning, implementation, and assessment of programs and events related to the Division’s initiatives• Perform data analysis under the supervision/direction of professional staff• Support policies and procedures of the Division of Student Affairs and the University

• Schedule students’ appointments to meet with counselors• Answer telephone calls regarding academic & counseling matters• Assist students with questions regarding SOAP & SAP holds, Academic Probation & general Harper College campus • Provide assistant to supervisors and counselors in any special projects as needed

• Provide assistance to supervisors in any projects just as events • Carried out programing events for students in campus• Provide assistance with mentoring the Student freshman navigators• Contribute a daily communication and engagement with students
