I perform diagnostic services, ADAS calibrations and programming on many vehicle makes using aftermarket as well as OE software systems. I travel to several Caliber Collision body shop locations in Miami to make sure any replaced modules and/or sensors are aimed, programmed and calibrated to work correctly after the vehicle has been repaired which sometime requires vehicle measurements and targets to be setup to perform static calibrations. I have developed and maintained excellent customer relationships with all the shops I service as well as provide support/collaborate with teammates to ensure work is completed on time.

I have had two positions over the decade I have been employed. The position I enjoyed the most was when I was a roadside service technician. I was able to answer emergency calls to customers as well as perform minor automotive repairs at customers homes and place of business.
