Provided technical gtroubleshooting for customers in Microsoft Office 365 via Skype for Business phone calls, written correspondence, and remote desktop support sessions. Gathered and validated information related to a specific service requests for Microsoft Office 365 Concierge English-speaking customers. Would provide technical support for both new and existing Office 365 customers. Migrations, account setups, office downloads and installations, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint setup and troubleshooting, Skype for Business Online setup and troubleshooting, Exchange Online setup and troubleshooting, mailflow troubleshooting.
