The projects include a strategic assessment on fulfillment methods for a new market, managing asset reinstatement responsibilities in Singapore, procuring a new global WMS implementation partner, and managing the redesign of our Hong Kong distribution center.

During this time in Los Angeles, I led efforts to right size and relocate the distribution centre. This included the piloting of Blue Yonder WMS for the organization, the design and build out of the warehouse and office space, as well as the transition of freight and people to the new location.

This was my part time work while completing my engineering studies. The goal of this engagement was to set up a platform for concession brands to consolidate freight deliveries into the store and implement SOPs for both the store opening and the day to day operation.
