Counduct and develop projects related to Process Validation Activities by preparing and executing protocols and reports (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ & PQ) for automated equipment and processes transferred from other manufacturing sites as well as engeneering studies. Validate brand-new equipment and raw materials for new product indroduction (subassemblies and finished goods).Perform stastistical analysis to determine process performance and relability.Develop manufacturing instructions and procedures related to new or existing processes and support non-conformance issues through root-cause studies.Design fixtures and tooling using CAD software in order to improve processes and operations.Work and communicate closely with equipment manufacturers, suppliers, supervisors, engineers and maintenance technicians to adress and solve different issues.
