My last experience was working as project consultant into the technnical/regulatory area at Seja:Digital and also with more than 10 years of experience in the technology area, specifically telecommunications. It covers, from the beginning of this journey, technical support to end users and goes to participation in what can be called the largest telecommunications project in the country. The experience includes: Management of predictive projects for the implementation of equipment and security solutions; Experience in testing Telecom products; Experience in the Pre and Post sales support of products for the main internet operators in the country; Support for internationally engineered in the development of firmwares for telecom devices; Monitoring and execution of troubleshooting to solve equipment's problems in the field; Coordination with several areas of the company in order to deliver the best result in the shortest possible time; Strategic vision in order to avoid problems that impact the deadlines and also the final result of the project;My professional goal is always to achieve the best result in the shortest possible period of time, which is actually what we all aim for in the corporate world, but at the same time I try to satisfy a personal purpose, the core of my profession, which is to connect people. Only the connection allows us to share experiences and knowledge, and only experiences allow us to empathize so that we can use the knowledge acquired for a better world for all. It may seem utopian what I am talking about for those who never stopped to think about it, but just look at the change that networks have already made in our lives and the untapped potential it still has, to conclude that we can not underestimate its power to change the world, it has already changed and keeps changing day by day.
