Currently, I am focused on meticulously designing the routing of electrical systems in strict accordance with industry standards and Design Practices (DP’s). This includes the precise formation of brackets to accommodate the specific shapes and hole configurations required for securing harnesses effectively.Additionally, I am involved in optimizing tooling access for various components such as bolts, electrical connectors, P-clamps, clips, and mechanical bosses. My responsibilities encompass ensuring full compliance with safety standards to guarantee the integrity and reliability of the harnesses.I am dedicated to finding natural routing paths that minimize harness extension length, reduce material usage, simplify configurations, and optimize spatial efficiency. This approach not only enhances maneuverability but also facilitates strategic bracket placement to ensure stability.Moreover, I contribute to enhancing the oil system by developing flange models using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to accurately parametrize different diameters. This comprehensive approach supports efficient project execution and contributes to achieving optimal system performance.

After analyzing the information and requirement given by stakeholders a project charter was made for mutual comprehension and agreement of the scope and objective of the project, due to the complexity of the task and time sensitivity, a Gantt chart was developed with continuous feedback meetings for continuous improvement of the scope with client. For better focus of the team, a QFD was created to enhance workload and design thinking meeting with project charter expectations. . Risk Matrix, communication with the client, and design of the plastic box for OXXO with preliminary designs that help for double propose requirements were implemented. For Project deliver, a portfolio with all the designs and simulations with the final result was delivered with a 3D printed scale box.
