Help to plan, identify and evaluate the network distribution inventories through analysis of the inventory replenishment system. Conduct inventory analysis and work on basic assignments to help implement policies, procedures and applicable regulations to monitor and ensure inventory security.Generate and execute cycle and safety stock plans for the assigned product or location, using the approved supply plan entries.Handle network inventory in accordance with set inventory planning metrics targets.Provide inventory plans for assigned product or location into the planning process.Maintain data relevant to network distribution planning activities including capacity, constraint, logistics, supplier, master and location data.Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned

+ Ensure contractual notifications are timely sent: acknowledges, shipment advices, force majeure notifications, etc; as per contractual requirements. + Work with the trader to ensure the purchase and sales are executed timely, on contract, and in proper fashion. + Resolve issues, answer questions and send documents to routine internal and external contacts related to with loading, unloading, insurance claims, contract requirements, rejected products, location and timing of the product, and other questions/concerns communicated by standard internal and/or internal contacts. + Network with other teams to acquire expertise knowledge on destination country requirements. + Communicates with agents on regarding export activities and policies. + Receive, review and retain (OpenText) documents (invoices, qtty of product, custom documents, buyer/seller’s information, and other commercial and tax documentation and correspondences); ensuring they are timely processed/handled as per legal and fiscal requirements. + Avoid occurrence of major risks and put corrective actions in place when exposed. + Keep shipment files up-to-date according to TE procedures. + Responsible for month end process and accrual/bogey review preparations in conjunction with other functions + Ensure sufficient communication of whole team to Supervisor and other stakeholders on day to day matters. + Champion Transformation and Continuous Improvement projects (Innovate) + Analyze process and make recommendations for improvements + Monitor and ensure timely outgoing payments, provide correct backup documentation for payment with finance shared service team
