As a Production & Executive intern, I am in charge of contributing to the work of the Directive roles :- CEO: General assistance with overall strategy and handling company’s growth.- Marketing: Strategic and Creative Planning | Raising brand awareness | Newsletter creation & emailing | Analyzed customer trends.- Sales: Financial tracing | Wholesale development | Overviewed Shopify | Optimized sales through specific demand analysis.- Logistics: Delivery planning and execution | Stock management through Erplain platform | Harmonization of stock valuation.- Press: Communication, distribution & management of stock samples.

I created and supervised together with my team fashion related events from the initial idea until the materialized project. Mainly the Vintage Fashion Show, a project that aims to give visibility to upcycling and recycling fashion, and the Annual Fashion Show, an event with 350+ guests and emergent talents mixed in a multiconcept show. I had to manage people, schedules, materials, models, artists, negotiations with venues and many more things that all together were a very didactic experience.

Worked closely with one of the co-owners of the company in order to elaborate a strategic business plan from an external point of view aiming to make BUKU thrive.
