Serve the food and beverage, power and energy and industrial markets• Relationships - Working with Business Unit Finance Leads, Senior Accountants and Team Managers• Job Summary – Month End Close, Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, External reporting for Intrastat, Sox Controls (Sarbanes Oxley compliance), Performance of daily administrative tasks, Enter data into financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, Trintech), Ad hoc enquiries on the finance systems to support team members, service department clients and suppliers. • Responsibilities – Prepare balance sheets reconciliations and compare; Journal preparation, compliance and posting; point of contact to BU via email, build good relations with Business Units and provide high standard customer service; timely reporting into Hyperion; Sox compliance, preparation of Payroll, Judgemental Reserves, Intercompany recharges, GIT, Pcards, Concur, Home office, Updating FX rates, KPI.
