Systems integration through MuleSoft, the middleware powered by Salesforce.- As a functional analyst, I work closely with the technical integration architect to achieve all the project goals. Specifically, my activities focus on process analysis and optimization, requirements gathering and functional analysis, test and release management.- Furthermore, in parallel with the projects activities, I help the Seniors by controlling the costs and by preparing offers to acquire new customers.
