I worked for WebStream in the New Business Devolopment department, where after 6 months I was promoted to Director.My expirience is broad, ranging from arranging proposals and planning out specs with developers for customers websites and online marketing plans, to selecting the right hosting application as well as shopping cart and payment processing integration.I enjoyed many strong relationships with the radio industry, and developed many connections over the years. I cordinated WebStream's 7 year running show, called the Internet Business Hour, and negotiated with many radio broadcasting managers to air our show on their network.Since my involvement with the company, the radio show grew from 2 local stations, to 50 stations nationwide of all varieties and markets.I also managed a sales team to much sucess and was in charge of payment integrations with banks and processors, when our clients needed an online payment solution.

Customer service and accounting. Cordinated account receivables activities, monitored payment logs and customer transactions.Answered and solved common day to day issues and made sure customer requests were handled quickly and efficiently.Assisted the Vice President of the company in many administrative duties.

In charge of supervision on quaility assurance on many automotive and home audio products. Overseeing and participating in the assembly of Mobile, Home and Marine audio goods as well as overseeing the inventory stock and time delivery of the product.Worked with warehouse and office managers, in managing the assemby team.
