• Verification and control of equipment calibration used by inspections.
• Dimensional verification of elements according to drawings.

Dominican Republic

• Daily inspection and verification in field of weld, coating application, mounting levels of equipment and piping.
• Planning and control of NDT in pipes.
• Verification and control of equipment calibration used in the construction site.
• Monitory of the equipment progress and piping systems released

Orito

• Inspection and evaluation of mechanical and corrosion status of pipelines production and manifolds. Visual and coating inspection and thicknesses calibration.
• Activity planning, resource and staff management (assistants, helpers and laborers)
• Determination and evaluation of internal corrosion rates of pipelines using corrosion coupons in all fields of Putumayo operations superintendent.
• Installation of facilities for corrosion control, including procurement of materials, manufacture of spools, NDT, hydrostatic testing and commissioning.

Miraflores

• Evaluation and selection of welders for the project. Qualification of welding process and visual inspection of welding joints.
• Monitoring variables in work procedures according to isometrics and codes applicable for welding activities, metal surfaces coatings, isometrics assemblies, valves and accessories assemblies.
• Plan and control of inspection activities through NDT of welded structures according to customer specifications.
• Coordination and programming of workers for daily activities (welders, pipefitters, painters, mechanics and helpers) taking to account the resident engineer specification.
• Preparation of test packages, test boundary definition, welding book, and NDT reports review, support of hydrostatic test execution.
