Throughout the years, I have developed an curiosity in the motivations of people and why they do the things they do. This curiosity lead me to many different opportunities on my university campus such as event coordination, program management, sponsorship outreach and acquisition, and human resources tasks such as interviewing, conflict management, and team management. I also acquired several interpersonal skills from my retail experience and volunteer opportunities such as efficient communication, proper coordination with team members, suggestive selling, customer awareness, and identifying needs. My current life goal is to participate in the creation and fostering of communities within local and global communities through avenues like marketing, event and community coordination, and program management. I am a firm believer of the phrase, "the more the merrier," so lets connect and create something amazing together!
