- Financial and strategic planning of Cash Management products for corporate clients;- Structuring and reviewing business plans and customer segmentation, according to market and products evolution;- Designing and structuring business management processes, ensuring flexibility and control for the operation;- Defining, structuring and monitoring commercial and operational performance;- Implementing core KPIs and Dashboards, guiding commercial, operational and implementation teams to reach company objectives through tactical and long term actions/plan;- Decision making with the governing body;- Mapping and controlling financial and non-financial risks;

• Cash Management, Funding, Exchange and Acquirer Products• Annual planning of each product, definition and monitoring of commercial goals and variable compensation models at all commercial levels;• AOP - Actual vs planned monitoring and definition of short, medium and long term actions, directing results to the expected;• Monitoring of the sales cycle and pipeline, implementation of cross selling actions, generation of qualified leads for account executives and follow-up via CRM, considering the life time value of large customers;• Development of KPIs and Dashboards to support decision-making and commercial guidance, such as the level of anticipation of receivables schedule, customer share of wallet, churn by segment, conversion rate of prospects, among others.• Implementation of a customer success area, with the function of identifying and diagnosing deviations throughout customer's life cycle and directing corrective actions internally.

• Responsible for the Operations Project Management Office (PMO).• Creating customer prospecting processes, from internal data bases, at zero cost.• Functional specification of a multichannel system integration project, focusing on branches’ automation.• Developping and implementing KPIs and a methodology for evaluating regional and administrative branches’ managers.• Structuring dashboards with KPIs of new clients per manager, activation per client, captured volume per month per client, anticipation of receivables per available agenda, and others.

• Elaboration of control tools and support on the processing, attendance and centralization back offices budgets.• Implementation of improvement projects in the areas of postage, microfilming, logistics, insurance and corporate call center, focusing on process optimization and administrative cost reduction.• Structuring and implementing the "Administrative Managers Training Program of 2016"
