Project engineer:Compliance engineer helping machinery manufacturers and equipment operators to fulfil European and North American requirements.Experience:• Machinery testing at clients’ site according to Machinery Directive Annex I and to electrical safety compliance: EN 60204-1 and NFPA79.• Laboratory and control equipment testing according to EN 61010-1.• Packing lines safety assessment: breweries and automated warehouses. • Highly competent in project management of different projects at the same time.• Factory inspector for certified products: incoming goods, production, storage, non-conforming products, etc.• Multicultural working environments and International experience (1-2 weeks projects): The Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Algeria and Mozambique.Standards:• 2006/42/EC Annex I: Machinery Directive• ISO 12100: Safety of machinery - General principles for design - Risk assessment and risk reduction• EN 60204-1: Safety of machinery - Electrical equipment of machines• NFPA79: Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery• EN 61010-1: Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement, control, and laboratory use• ISO 13849-1: Safety of machinery - Safety-related parts of control systems• SEMI standards: Environmental, Health, and Safety guideline for Semiconductor manufacturing equipment (SEMI S2, S8, S10 and S22)• EN 415-x: Safety of packaging machines• EN 13857: Safety of machinery - Safety distances to prevent hazard ones being reached by upper and lower limbs• EN 14122-x: Safety of machinery - Permanent means of access to machinery• EN 619: Safety of machinery - Permanent means of access to machinery
