My role involves overseeing the overall operations of the lodge, adapting global standards to fit our local context. I lead strategic planning for staffing, budgeting, and product offerings tailored to our unique location. Establishing a strong network of sustainable suppliers in our remote and challenging environment is essential.I focus on building a cohesive team united in achieving our goals. Each day presents dynamic challenges as we manage one of Chile's and the world's most exclusive lodges, which includes facilitating high-risk sports activities and helicopter operations in remote areas. I am dedicated to implementing standards that ensure consistently exceptional and measurable guest experiences.

My role consisted of providing support to the lodge manager in all operational responsibilities of the lodge, including team management, inventory, sourcing, and guest experience. In this role, I provided support to different global operations, including in Iceland and the Bahamas.
