As a consultant IBM on the Santander account, I performed the following project management responsibilities: Coordination and Monitoring of the Scrum Team:Organization of Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Proactive identification and management of risks, impediments, and interdependencies.Adoption of the Scrum methodology within the team, acting as a facilitator, capable of resolving obstacles faced by the team, seeking information, and solving problems.Supported the formation and structuring of the technical design teams, the establishment of schedules, and the division of the scope of work, guiding them on the Jira project development platform.Jira Project Management:Monitoring project progress, with the generation of reports and control panels.Also managed the documentation on the Jira Software platform, ensuring it was correctly allocated and in compliance with the structure defined by the Santander methodology team.Kept the status of activities updated daily to generate accurate reports on our deliveries.Implemented the work methodology and control panels in Jira to ensure early visibility for leaders on the progress, impediments, and challenges of the project.Reporting and Dashboards:Presentations with an overview of project progress in relation to the schedule, using smart, automated, and detailed spreadsheets.Well-organized project documentation, including plans, reports, and general controls.Administrative:Provided support to the IBM employee Integration and Offboarding processes in the project, assisting with the administrative processes of onboarding or termination.

This experience allowed me to develop valuable skills in prospecting, negotiation, problem-solving, and client relationship management.Careful analysis of the target market to understand the trends, competitors, and needs of potential clients.Development of a comprehensive prospecting and lead qualification strategy, utilizing digital tools and professional networks.Demonstration of excellence in presentation and negotiation techniques, with a focus on customized value propositions for each client.Maintenance of continuous post-sale follow-up, strengthening relationships and generating new opportunities.Consistent surpassing of quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
