Publicity Assistant
Current- Assist CEO and Chief Operating Officer with events, appearances, award shows, and press tours logistics for a diverse roster of clients
- Collect press clips, create recaps, improve talent requests, draft call sheets, manage calendars, maintain talent and media contact lists, and collaborate with the team on building electronic press kits
- Supervise, interview, teach, and mentor 1–2 interns each 3–4 months, providing comprehensive training on the entertainment industry, the company’s goals, strategies, and guidelines
- Daily administrative duties such as scheduling calls, booking travel, taking meeting notes, and sending timely reminders every morning
- Write pitches and contribute to outreach for print, online, on-camera and in-person interviews, and events to increase results and achieve goals
- Day-to-day research on media outlets, brands, films, stylists, the latest trends in the entertainment industry, and events for high-quality press opportunities
