I joined Splio at the opening of the Italian branch office to build a team with the following goals:- Support the customers during the technical implementation of the marketing and loyalty SaaS platform through Project Managers;- Advice and support the customers by proposing how to engage their final clients, and adapting the best practices to the specific.

I’m part of the team of founders of the company.I’ve contributed to the analysis, definition, and development of the modomodo platform.I built and led the delivery team, consisting in Project Managers, Frontend and Backend developers, growing to about 20 people.My team developed the mobile applications for our customers (like TotalErg, Carrefour, Unieuro.

I joined OutlookSoft (later acquired by SAP) during the start-up phase of the Italian branch office, the first one outside the US, with the following goals:- Support the Sales team with presales activities, also developing complex Proof of Concept, acquiring customers like ENI, Telecom Italia, and FIAT;- Support third parties (like Accenture, KPMG, PwC.

As Project Manager I was accountable for the main customers of the area I was in charge of.I extended the use of the Hyperion products, introducing new scopes of use, and suggesting the purchase of new modules

During this experience I developed many IT projects in the Controlling and Finance area of one of the most important Agriculture Equipment manufacturer.

I was in the development team of a navigation, localization and security software.
