For over 10 years, I have been helping clients think, create, and communicate the experiences of their digital products or services.Currently, I work as a UX/UI designer at Thanks Design, a studio specialized in user experience and service design, with a human-centered and value-oriented approach. By applying agile and scrum methodologies, I combine design, user research, and user testing to guide companies in designing innovative and accessible products and services, always focusing on people and their experiences, while never losing sight of the client's goals.Recently, I have been reflecting deeply on the relationship between branding and UX design, exploring how the core elements of a brand can influence the design of digital experiences. This allows me to create solutions that not only meet users' functional needs but also strengthen the brand's identity and values.In parallel, I am working to better integrate the benefits of artificial intelligence into design processes. I see AI not just as a simple tool, but as a valuable collaborator that, when combined with our empathy and critical thinking and interpretative skills, can optimize processes and generate solutions for even more innovative and meaningful experiences.
