Project Manager Technical Lead
I served as a Tech Leader in the Integrations department, where our primary responsibility was to ensure seamless interaction between e-commerce platforms and our logistics platform. I actively contribute to the team's workflow organization, ensuring efficient collaboration and productivity, defining tasks, creating story maps, and planning sprints to facilitate a streamlined development process. Every day, I leverage my soft skills to maintain seamless communication with different squads, primarily support and product teams, which are crucial to achieving our objectives. As an agile methodology, we adopted Scrum, which we believe aligns best with our needs, allowing us to manage tangible team velocity metrics. This approach has significantly contributed to reducing our time to market. My role not only involves project management but also encompasses training and assisting the team to ensure the delivery of quality code.I must confess, I thoroughly enjoy coding alongside my team.

Chief Technology Officer & Co Founder
As a founder, defining boundaries has proven challenging due to my diverse range of responsibilities. My contributions have been multidisciplinary, transitioning through roles such as CTO of the company, touching on product management, customer experience, project management involving freelancers, and even assuming the sole developer position for projects. I often found myself playing an active support role for end consumers and representing the tech team in stakeholder meetings. Entrepreneurship is an intense and highly educational journey that honed my soft skills, enabling me to convey technical ideas to non-technical individuals. On the technical front, I've functioned as a FullStack Developer, making decisions not only at a high level, such as architecture, languages, and frameworks, but also frequently delving into hands-on product development.

Full Stack Engineer
While I undertook numerous higher-level responsibilities at Nubing, I remained an AWS architect and platform developer throughout. Given the project's extensive lifespan, it was truly challenging to keep the technological stack up-to-date with a significantly limited team. The project's inception involved an MVC structure with Tapestry as the frontend framework and Java as the backend, exposing functionalities through a REST API. This REST API supported our application ecosystem, evolving into microservices with well-defined responsibilities. This architectural approach provided us with the flexibility to potentially transition away from the monolith if required, and to seamlessly incorporate new front-end technologies when necessary, such as Vue.js.Regarding architecture, Nubing originally started on AWS as a single instance, but over time, we modified this approach with the introduction of new technologies to achieve scalability easily using ECS. When selecting AWS products, we opted for them whenever feasible within our cost considerations. Aurora, Redis, Elastic Search, among others, were several of the services we leveraged, contributing to Nubing's stability and robustness as a product.
