TOTVS is a software, services and technology organization that leads the ERP industry in Latin AmericaIt’s been eight intense years in this giant Tech company. I’ve had the honour of being part of the management consulting team, participating in several projects in an array of different industries. Then I participated in the creation of TOTVS Ventures, an investment arm in Startups with the objective of strengthening TOTVS’s portfolio. Finally, I was invited by the CEO to participate in the entire design and creation of the business model of a new business unit called TOTVS Fluig (www.fluig.com). I then took over the management of GoodData Analytics, and for the last 4 years I was leading this department, in addition to having designed and implemented this new business.Main Achievements:•Led a team of more than 150 people distributed in the areas of R&D, Product, Business Strategy, Training, Customer Success, Projects & Services, Sales, E-Com and New Business.•Developed the business model of TOTVS’s platform business Fluig, and managed full P&L, resulting into 3.000 million paid users and R$ 70M in annual revenues in 4 years. •Developed and implemented Fluig’s GTM strategy and jumpstarted its own ecosystem of ISVs to increase TOTVS’ addressable market. •Developed open innovation projects with start-ups in the US, R&D teams in Brazil, and TOTVS Labs in Silicon Valley to create mash-ups that leveraged Fluig’s platform product offerings, which included structuring distribution and pricing international agreements.•Member of GoodData’s Customer Advisory Board in Prague representing the interests of TOTVS •Developed and managed international partnerships (Moxtra, Apple Inc, Layer, GoodData, KOFAX, and others), resulting in new offerings for TOTVS’s portfolio.•Developed and launched to market a b2b app in partnership with Apple Inc called Fluig Boards, focused to managing board, committee and working group meetings.
