I am fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and I have 28+ years experience planning, designing,implementing and maintaining systems. I specialize in leading support of IT environments by managing support teams, always trying to maximize efficiency while dropping costs and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. In the IT world there is always one certainty: problems will always surface unexpectedly in an untimely manner. The key is to find the root of the problem and to be able to solve it with as little impact to the users as possible, minimizing down-time and keeping calm while you do it.
