* Represent the Director of F&B in his absence * Attend the Director in all those functions and responsibilities he delegates * Analysis and preparation of P&L of the Outlets * Confection of budgets, forecast and business plan of F&B * Analysis of the operative procedures and administrative * Analysis and monitoring of the F&B Full Cost - CMV * Analysis and monitoring of the system of turnover(invoicing), reports and control of prices (Micros) * Management of monthly inventories * Development of shares for special dates with principal brands * Marketing shares related to the area * Coordination of the Outlets of Universe (3 restaurants + 2 bar) * Managing complaint of the guests and clients
