First role at Finacity was as a Financial Services Specialist where I was mainly responsible for the administration of the company’s Latin American portfolios. After a couple of years, I was promoted to Analyst for the Deal Structuring, Management, and Execution group of the Latin American division. My duties as Analyst included:- Perform research and financial analysis on companies, industries and prospective clients.- Support business development efforts through research and materials preparations. - Coordinate data gathering and due diligence for transactions. - Work with and support all aspects of financing transaction process. - Aid in project management of new and/or existing transactions. - Assist in credit underwriting and preparation of investment/funding related documentation.- Provide day-to-day project support to senior management. - Support in client relationship management. - Structuring, designing, and negotiation of securitization transactions in consultation with clients, rating agencies, investors, accountants, trustees, regulators, and legal teams. In 2017, I was promoted to Associate for the Deal Structuring, Management, and Execution group of the Latin American division. In addition to the duties of an Analyst, my responsibilities as an Associate includes a more extensive role in the group, which includes:- Deal structuring, - Legal documentation Review - Managing as well as training Analysts in the group. - Greater role in relationship management with clients, investors, rating agencies and transaction counsel. As an Associate, I have experience in: - Trade receivables and consumer loan portfolio securitizations- Latin American Capital Markets, - IFRS de-recognition and deconsolidation- Future Flow transactions.

• Processed and reviewed Annuity Contracts for Various Prudential Premier Products.• Assessed the eligibility of such said contracts in order to comply with federal and state laws. • Examined the suitability of the client to Premier Products and benefits.• Organized and maintained an updated record of all internal and external paperwork needed to issue contracts. • Advised, guided and assisted Brokers from various firms that sell Prudential Premier Products in order to execute and issue contracts in an effective and efficient manner. • Maintained constant communication with various broker dealers in order to assess the preliminary stages of the contract, as well as the progress of qualified and non-qualified transfer requests into Premier Products.
