Throughout my time as a professional waterskier, I was fortunate enough to be able to work directly with nutritionists, strength coaches, sports physiologists, and some of the best physical therapists in the world. Those brilliant minds, my family, and love for waterskiing allowed me to compete at the highest level representing Mexico in countries such as Australia, Italy, Canada, Ukraine, Chile, and Peru. Having worked firsthand with specialists who explore optimal human performance in athletics and everyday life, I was able to understand and apply many of the suggested pillars that directly tie into the overall function of the body and mind. In my case, my interest was food, simply because of the immediate reaction, it has on the body when consumed in unusual forms leading to a positive or negative reaction. My role as VP of ToYou Snacks centralizes on managing a marketing team, coordinating with internal and external logistics, serving as a sales representative, overseeing the efficiency of the production lines, and directly working on new product development. My external role and mission as a person are to showcase the benefits that eating the correct food brings into your life and the extensive list of opportunities that will begin to arise if you exercise and eat well.
