I am fortunate that as an independent freelance photographer, to to work with a diverse client base, on a wide variety of projects. I have a love for movement, human activity, and historical documentation. My work spans from the built environment, architectural and job site photography to the corporate level at events, conferences, portraiture, product, and onto the streets with a rich career in editorial photography.

Sports Photographer covering Portland Timbers MLS team and Portland Thorns NWSL for Prost Amerika soccer blog. I cover press releases and special features and news events related in and around the Portland clubs. I also double at times as a beat reporter.

A strong background in marketing, graphic design and desktop publishing allows me to take on design duties: logo design, branding, collateral, catalogs, and front end web design. I also have a deep understanding of the RFP process and have helped in proposals and qualification packages for over 10 years for construction industry corporations like Hoffman Construction and DAY CPM.

Assigned to follow MLS Team Portland Timbers, covering training sessions, press conferences, contributing articles, and photographic material. During the 2014 Brazil World Cup I was assigned to write Match previews for Uruguay games, and a few pieces on fan culture.

Contributed to the company’s success and growth by managing the graphic design and art production in the marketing department. My responsibility was to provide art direction and help with the overall department management. I report to the Marketing Director and to the Vice President of Business Development, while managing the Marketing Coordinator and additional graphic support staff. My major duties were: - Support the company’s effort to win new clients in RFP process for public and private contracts between $8M and $250M nationwide. I provide art direction and production management on the preparation of proposals and visual props for oral presentations. - Brand management, supervising the visual brand strategy, providing updates, and its application to advertising, PR campaigns, website and events. - Provided art direction and design production for the “Skyline” newsletter, which is quarterly sent to clients, employees, and subcontractors.- Field photo reports from job sites, events and occasional portraiture, image manipulations, photo editing and managing the photo archives.

Provided graphic design solutions to a variety of clients, working client-direct, and through staffing agencies such as The Creative Group and Robert Half Technology.Featured clients: Hoffman Construction Co. (participated in the design of RFP proposals and props for oral presentations), Albertsons (print production of product catalogs and direct mailings), Oregon Symphony (Ad design and production), DMS (print production of direct marketing campaigns for clients including AT&T, Edie Bauer), OHSU (print design and production).

Provided art direction for numerous campaigns. Additionally, provided creative support for Bradshaw’s new business efforts through the production of numerous spec campaigns and RFP presentations. Clients include: Miller Paint, Herzog-Meier Volkswagen, Farmington Square.

The main project included the design and production management of the extensive company productcatalog with a majority of products who had to be shot, edit and put into the catalog's lay out. The rest of the tasks where strictly graphic design, projects included, advertising on specialty publications and regular media, design and production of the company web site and, point-of-purchase displays.
