• Working with local and remote (U.S. and Mexico) development and design teams using Scrum and Kanban, check daily progress, commit to launches, and meet business deadlines. Resource management - helping the team meet its commitments.• Defining product requirements and feature prioritization, describing user stories, building wireframes, UI and UX, creating and communicating specifications documentation.• Work on initiatives to address ad revenue challenges from programmatic/header bidding, viewability, ad blocking and Coalition for Better Ads and implemented solutions with collaboration with multiple tech verticals.

Same as previous role plus: Manage stories from team assignment to story acceptance. Help determine distribution of story types in an iteration - BE, FE, CM, DBA. Included on all communications between team members and the POs. Keep team members on track and respond to any changes that would effect story completion. Negotiate with Product Owners on alternatives if stories are not able to be completed as originally spec'd out. Resource mananagment - helping the team meet it's commitments.

Including Wireframing (Prototype HTML and CSS), Design-oriented to web applications.• Manage stories from team assignments to story acceptance.
