The team is developing its first electric race car to compete in student events of Formula SAE. Our main challenge was to build an electric car with small resources, always seeking to apply the best engineering practices. I've contributed as Team Lead, participating in the main decisions to make this project possible, also having a strong participation in the Electrical system.

Course focused on presenting the leading technologies in Automotive Networks to Computer Engineering students from Centro de Informática (CIn-UFPE). I had the opportunity to learn about networks and automotive electronics, developing a CAN controller, teaching classes about the physical aspects of CAN buses and helping the students in the final project of the course.

I helped students to develop 4 hands-on project using different languages throughout the semester.

In this year, I have contributed with the management and development of the Electrical team. We achieved the 4th and 5th overall place among more than 80 teams in the 25th edition of Baja SAE Brazil competition, highlighting the 2nd best electronic presentation at the Design Finals. I participated in embedded systems projects, designing: an in-vehicle data acquisition architecture using CAN network, STM32 microcontrollers and radio-frequency telemetry, a data-logging device and several test routines for measuring dynamic parameters of the car.
