Responsible for databases MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.Do daily administration and monitoring of database servers, data modeling, documentation, backup and restore routines, tuning, replication, as well as support to the development team and data extraction for non-routine reports.For 1 year I was responsible for the management, maintenance and development of the BI solution using the Pentaho tool.I am a member of a team of 5 people responsible for the architecture, performance and HA software of DOT Group.Activities and Projects: The DOT Group consists of several companies, where the main areas are EAD (Distance Education), advertising and BIG Data. Project 1: There were 5 database MySQL servers scattered, with different configurations and versions. After analyzing and perform a lab set up two servers with the same with a MASTER-MASTER replication. With this change we gain time on maintenance, improvement in monitoring, redundancy and scalability.Project 2: At any given project there was the need to have multiple database servers around where they should work in offline mode (without internet) and when there is internet connection these data should automatically synchronize with a central database and replicate with other servers, initially this would be done via software, but after I be involved in the project, I conducted some research and laboratories and implement MariaDB with Multi-source Replication where all online control / offline is realiado the database itself. With this solution it was not necessary to change any line of code in software. The total size of servers involved in the Multi-source replication is 300.

Responsible for coordinating the development teams and infrastructure on the maintenance and development platform of Advertising Network. The tool used was OpenX (recentliy renamed to Revive) developed in PHP. The tool serving advertising to 20 million users daily and displayed more than 1 billion advertisements per month. The cluster MySQL achived 110 mil queries per second. I worked directly with Linux servers which I have a lot of knowledge about it.

Responsible for databases MySQL, MySQL Cluster and Membase( today is CouchDB) used in projects of Social Games Quepasa (US Social Network , now known as MeetMe). In my daily activities used to management and monitoring of database servers , data basing , documentation, backup and restore routines , tuning , replication, as well as support the development team PHP. As a sideline I coordinated the infrastructure team, where I performed testing and seek new solutions also be responsible for maintaining the games online under any circumstance All the infrastructure was in AWS , there we used resources such as EC2, RDS, AutoScaling, IOPS Provisionado, Elastic Load Balancing, S3 e CloudFront. I was also responsible for create all the games deploys, which of course it involved a very large logistics.

I was Member of the PHP development team, which performed maintenance and development of a platform for social games. This platform was able to hold each integration, with social networks Orkkut, Quepasa, MySpace, Bolsa de Mulher through the Open Social and with Facebook and Twitter through the API specific of every social network. As a secondary activity I used to perform the maintenance of the data base MySQL. The Techfront was acquired by Quepasa, on this change I was relocated to be responsible for the databases and infrastructure

I was responsible to Teach classes, develop and validate teaching materials for training of PHP, MySQ, AJAXL,Object orientations, WEBStandards and SQL Server.
