Hi, my name is Diego, and I am currently a freshman at UIC earning a degree in Computer Science. For as long as I can remember, I have always had an affinity for anything computer related. I have always been fascinated by the inner workings of computers and was always curious on how they actually worked. I enrolled into a computer programming course my freshman year of high-school, and I found that I really loved it. Now that I am enrolled in a field I love, I cannot wait to continue learning. I am eager to see what the CS field brings.I have long been a resident of Chicago. My entire life has been spent in the city of Chicago, and I have a profound love and appreciation for the people of this city. I hope to someday contribute something great to this city. Through the usage of technology, I hope to improve the many communities that make up this city. I have high hopes and dreams for this city, and I will do all that I can to reach those goals.
