Physical Tests of telecommunications system developed by ECI Telecom. Automation development and implementation of ATEasy SW. Interfaces SDH and OTN, Ethernet: GBE Electrical and Optic, 10GBE, Video SD&HD, Wireless (RF), etc. Test Equipment used: Spectrum Analyzers, Scopes, Variable Attenuators, Traffic Generators, Optical Switches, Network Analyzers etc,, controlled by GPIB, Ethernet, Telnet and RS232 – manually and using ATEasy SW. Training lectures in wireless and automation for other test performers. Standards: ITU-T G825, G8251, G813, G783, G703, G957, G959.1, IEEE 802.3, ETSI, Telcordia, ISO 17025 etc.

Experience with Teradyne Testers: J973 and UltraFlexFunctional validation of chip logical blocks, Memory Testing (MBIST). Validated that chip meets design specifications related to the digital signals: setup, hold, delay, current measurement, DC measurements, FMAX measurements, temperature testing. Used virtual tester (Verilog) to perform test patterns. Experience with communications PQ-III (MPC8568) 45nmi test-chip and Titanium core.

Failure analysis on electronics components that failed at Customers sites.Performing relevant corrective actions. Constant communicating with customersto understand the Failure Analysis Report and to explain my analysis results.

Performing Final Measurement tests on SEM (Scanning electron microscope) used in semiconductor industry.
