We regrouped the processess into a bigger one, ensuring that the area who had greater impact on the product delivery managed more steps in the supply chain process.- Reducing the Average Handle Time in the Premium Client Retention Call Center Operation: the main goal was to reduce the average handle time in 30%. The diagnosis pointed out a good opportunity in the way the index was managed. I created a tool to measure the time spent in every process done in the operation. We reevalueated the process and shared the best practices through the several segments in the call center, acquiring the target reduction. Show less
