Educated customers on the basics of city e-biking, guiding them on test rides to ensure they found a proper fit for their commuting needs. Walked through the building of quotes, ordering, scheduling and delivery of new bike sales.Worked closely with mechanics and operations team to ensure existing and new customers were able to get their bikes built, serviced and returned in a timely manner. Worked on inventory management, and occasionally helped install parts and accessories for customers when needed.

Helped in the production and post-production the short "Growing Community" documentary, highlighting the importance of green space in San Francisco with fellow BAVC Factory members commissioned by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC). Filmed b-roll on location, and created motion graphics for end credits.
