👋 Hello! I'm Diego Leoratto, a Telecommunications Engineer with over 15 years of experience in project management and Information Technology, Communications, and Security. Currently, I am part of a multidisciplinary team working on the project for Private Communication Networks of the Federal Public Administration, leading ICT related initiatives.💼 My professional journey includes significant roles in various companies and sectors, where I played key roles in technological infrastructure projects. Notable among these are in the banking security sector, a highly specialized and restricted niche, and in telecommunications, managing projects such as MPLS private network implementations and thousands of satellite points (VSATs).➡️ During the pandemic, I discovered an affinity for software development, DevSecOps, data science, and BI, areas in which I have dedicated part of my career and acquired knowledge that adds value to project management with Agile methodologies.🤓 My key competencies include effective leadership, clear and collaborative communication, complex problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and a results-oriented approach.🚴‍♂️ Outside of work, I'm passionate about running and mountain biking (MTB). I love exploring trails and pushing my physical limits. Additionally, I have a keen interest in photography, capturing unique moments during my travels.
