Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, will help build global forecasts and driver-based models (highlighting key risks and opportunities), analyze plans to develop revenue and efficiency opportunities, support systems implementation enabling financial process automation, drive improvements in existing processes through technology transformation and participate in acquisition diligence and integration.

The business analyst are the data specialists who contribute to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. They have excellent analytical and technical skills, in addition to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintaining data integrity. Reporting Analyst key responsibilities involve data extraction & maintenance, analysis and transformation. Given that they receive various requests from Operations and Account Support Functions(WFM,CE, Coaching), it's a must to have strong task prioritization skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.The Reporting Analyst must be a compelling Data Storyteller. Data storytelling is a structured approach for communicating data insights, and it involves a combination of three key elements: data, visuals, and narrative. Weekly Reports must contain Prescriptive Actions that the Operation Team can implement to help drive improvement in operation performance

Attend daily staffing review meetings detailing previous and current week's performance, provide weekly and daily recomendations to Operations or Support Areas. Manage intraday service level acceptable goals, monitor real-time requests for offline events, recommend overtime or VTO based on daily performance, provide an impact analysis for outages, staffing shortages or other unplanned events. Perform updates to productivity reports from the assigned account, update schedules to reflect accurate intraday projections, code exceptions and make roster updates in WFM tools.
