Fui responsable de estructurar y planear y liderar la ingeniería conceptual de varios proyectos con el alcance y presupuesto más alto en la compañía, de entre 200 millones de dólares hasta 1 billón de dólares (3.5 billones de pesos Colombianos)*. Fui responsable de implementar y adecuar herramientas que permiten reducir los tiempos de gestión de las ingenierías conceptuales; permitiendo un mayor grado de detalle en su contenido técnico, y menor incertidumbre en estimaciones presupuestales.

I am currently responsible for addressing the planning, structuring, approval and start-up of processes, standard tools and specific documents requested by the General Management of the new Transmission Branch Office of GRUPO ENERGÍA BOGOTÁ, guaranteeing the execution of new projects according to the new Maturity Model & Value Creation scheme adopted by the company.I am very proud to have achieved so far the processes optimization, and a reduction of reprocessing and delays in budget execution, due to the transfer of knowledge and good practices to Project Management teams. On the other hand, I have reached the avoidance of accumulated delays in two years, and prevented up to US $5 million in budget deviations, thanks to the proper structuring and management of the strategic portfolio of the HOLDING GRUPO ENERGÍA BOGOTÁ (40 simultaneous projects in execution during 2018 and 2019).
