My work focuses on advising clients (developers, landlords, managers, investors, corporate) in the feasibility processes of real estate projects or initiatives; including market due diligence, project benchmarking and real estate portfolio analysis; to help mitigate risk, raise funds for development or investment, and for internal decision-making.My main motivation is to spark profitable and responsible real estate investment to help transform the built environment via transparency, innovation, and best practices to satisfy the needs of users, communities, and investors alike across the region and the globe.Over the past six years, I founded the Market Intelligence, Market Consulting and Operations divisions in the company I work for, helping my employer tap into the power of data and information to guide decisions, become more data driven and improve most internal processes in the company.
