I’m passionate about merging my background in Data Science and Analytics with my experience in the arts and cultural industries. While being a professional musician, I began my college journey at a community college and then transferred to pursue a degree in Applied Mathematics.For my first semester, I registered for two of the most difficult classes without knowing what I was getting myself into. Oh boy, did I suffer that semester! It was very challenging but I managed to complete all courses. Along the way, I discovered what mathematics is all about and learned to see formulas as more than symbols but as representations of movement, forms, and shapes.Now, when I encounter data, instead of just a sea of numbers, I see an opportunity to uncover insights and tell compelling stories.
