My main mission was to transform a company, focused on the business of third party operations and sales of generics, into a company selling own brands and licensees.The main tasks permormed were:Development and implementation of a Marketing structure and comunication stratgey, situable for Eurofarma´s product porfolios launches (4 business lines, Gastroenterology, Cardiology and Metabolismo, SNC and Obesity, Respiratory).Development and implementation of marketing support areas, with Business intelligence, Sales Force Efecttiveness, Market Access, Training, Medical Advise and launches Committee.Development and implementation of Sales Force estructure, to Medical Channel and Points of Sales (82 reps-8 District Managers and 2 Kams)

Responsible for the P&L, Comunication and Promotion strategy of the respiratory line for Argentina-Chile-Paraguay and Uruguay (Allegra-Nasacort AQ-Enterogermina-Amisped-Deltisona-Novalgina-Bisolvon-Mucosolvan) in Medical Channel, Consumer and Point of sales (Trade).The full line of products reached a sale of 6,2 million units and 50 million dolars in turnover per year (Sce Ims Mat 09/2017)
