I enjoy setting a vision and drafting the plan to achieve it. When I was a consultant, I found projects related to introducing new product lines, entering new markets, and evaluating product portfolios highly motivating.I also relish the building phase: putting the plan into action, adjusting it as needed, and experiencing the excitement of what each new day brings. I discovered the rewards of assembling a team, motivating them, and working together towards a common goal.I found my calling in the industrial products sector, where there is a rich environment of passionate companies and individuals dedicated to their products that power the world behind the scenes. It is humbling to listen to tenured professionals explain how their products work.
