Integrity Team Leader for Apache Argentina Neuquén Basin. Responsible for design and implementation of the integrity management and maintenance program (Assets involved: 900 wells, +1300 miles of Pipelines, 80 Production Facilities, 300 Vessels & Tanks, and 160 Pressure Vessels).Some of the main duties are:•Repair and replacement of pipelines (Main & Selling / Secondary / Flowlines and injection); •Repair Air Tanks & Vessels; •Coordination and Development of Risk Based Inspection Program (RBI) based on API 570/579;•Internal pipeline inspections MFL/US; •Non Direct Inspections of pipelines (ECDA / ICDA); •MFL Tank Inspections and robotic methods; •Maintenance and mechanical cleaning of pipelines;•Inspection, maintenance and repair of pipelines and tanks according to Argentinean legal framework (Resolution 1460, 785); •Control and monitoring of corrosion, bacteria and dissolved gases in Pipelines and Production Facilities; •Threats mitigation and control with chemicals;•GIS database maintenance (ARCMAP); •Maintenance and monitoring program of cathodic protection systems in pipelines, vessels and tanks; •Development and updating of the Asset Integrity Management Manual •Evaluation and repair of coating failures;•Experience in interpretation and management of non-destructive inspections; •Failure analysis and material selection; •Design and diagnostic analysis of pipelines using Pipesim Software;•Analysis and updating of risk matrix (HAZID, HAZOP);•Job planning using PM module (SAP); •Development and improvement of operation procedures and guidelines; •Elaboration of technical documents required by governmental authorities in Argentina (NAG 100 and Resolutions 1460, 785 and SERN 230, 004, 347);•Equipment design and reparation according to International Standards: API 581, API 579, API 570, ASME B31.4, B31.3 - B31.8, NACE RP / MR.•Design and management of integrity associated task budgets; •Management of integrity related contracts;

Responsible for surface and subsurface chemical treatments applied to +900 wells (production and injection), 6 Oil and Gas Plants and 80 Production Facilities (Chemical treatment involved: corrosion and scale inhibitor, paraffin and organ damage treatment, biocides); Some of the main duties were:•Monitoring and control of internal corrosion (by coupons and probes);•Design of chemical treatment and redesign according to its performance; •Capillary dosing application; •Chemical treatment involved KPI control; •Pulling operation assistance; •Analysis and monitoring of deep pump and production facilities failures;•Pumps, tubing and casing material selection; •Maintenance and monitoring of cathodic protection systems in pipelines and tanks; •Design of associated task budgets and expense control; •Management of related contracts;

Responsible for the design and performance control of chemical treatments and technical assistance in oil & gas production, water injection, steam systems, boilers, compressors, cooling circuits, reverse osmosis and effluent treatment. Some of the main duties were:•Design and performance control in the following chemical treatments: corrosion inhibition, deposit/scale control, fouling control, biocides, dispersant treatments, paraffin/asphaltene inhibitors, well cleaning, chemical stimulations; •Sampling and laboratory control for treatment monitoring;•Interpretation of results for performance improvement;•Elaboration of reports with proactive/corrective actions; •KPI control;•Arrange meetings to sell the value of new products and services;•Conducting training programs for operating personnel; •Building good business bonds with customers and potential customers;•Management of selling techniques and approaches. •Monitoring product consumption and Manufacturing Plant requirements. •Design of associated task budgets and expense control.•Implementation of Six Sigma program (DMAIC).
