For RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and tender responses/proposals, I work on the initial technical and commercial analysis of the project's general concept and on its specific requirements. I then move to the definition of the proposed solution, from high-level design to single devices/components identification, collecting quotes from all the relevent technology suppliers and organizing all project's cost information in a uniform grid, which facilitates the sales team in applying the proper commercial strategy. I also take care of the preparation of commercial proposal documents and detailed techinical compliance responses.I also support the sales team's daily activities with requirements’ analysis, drafting and technical revision of commercial offers for products, systems and services.

I was recruited by CVE as technical support engineer. In the beginning my activities were centered in giving help to customers on their systems (remotely and on-site) for operating issues or for assistance in installation and configuration activities. This led me in a short time to acquire deep knowledge and experience on all the company’s products portfolio and made me also able to run pre-sales and post-sales activities such as technical demos and training. At the beginning of 2013, my responsibility in the company was extended to organizing CVE’s lab activities and coordinating technical staff’s work with our suppliers, partners and customers. In CVE I’m also maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure (data storage, LAN and Internet fiber connection, office’s PCs, cloud services, etc…). As IT manager, I’ve introduced into the company the use of tools for teamworking, task management and process control (for example a shared staff calendar based on Google sheets and a complete task management application - Wrike). In 2007 I achived the “M1 Instructor” level into the CMAS scuba federation and started holding “Open Water” and “Advenced” scuba training classes at CSM.As HSA certified instructor I held training classes including also people with different levels of disabilities (partially or completely blind people, paraplegics, tetraplegics, etc…).After I got my Open Water certification in 2002 I had the opportunity to design and realize both CSM and HSA Italia new website. I was then responsible for updates and maintenance for these websites until 2010. --CSM - Centro Subacqueo MilaneseFounded in the late 70s, the CSM has been one of the first scuba diving schools in Milan. Its founder has been the person bringing to Italy standards and techniques defined by HSA in USA, embedding them into CSM’s diving training programs at all levels.HSA Italia - Handicapped Scuba AssociationHSA was founded in 1981 and is now the world's leading authority on recreational diving for people with disabilities. HSA is active in Italy since the first 80s with the name of HSA Italia.

During my experience in Mediaset I worked in TV studios, mainly on live news programs, as a studio engineer first and technical director later. I was responsible for the working condition of the studio in the matter of maintenance of technical equipments, studio setup and personnel’s shift planning, according to production needs. I have been involved in technical design activities related to the project of new TV studios and deep renovation of old ones. In order to understand deeply all the technical aspects of a TV production I was assigned, during my first months, to different operators roles and I learnt how to work with a lot of TV studio equipments (i.e. audio mixer, video switcher, cameras, intercom systems, etc…), working shortly as actual operator for each role during live news programs.Working on these kind of programs I have become used to shifts and I have learned how to organize and manage extraordinary activities, dealing with special or unpredictable events (i.e. political elections, war in Iraq, Saddam's capture, terrorists attacks...). During these years I have also been trained in effective communication techniques and “health & safety” skills and procedures.--MEDIASETMediaset is the leading private television broadcasting group in Italy.

During this period I was hired by NSA as a free-lance programmer for the realization of web interfaces for proprietary management software (front-end and back-office).--NSA - Network Security & AdministrationNSA is an italian company which operates on a wide range of services for IT infrastructures. NSA main fields are security and consulting for web applications.

Right after getting my degree in Telecommunication Engineering I was asked to extend my collaboration with Politecnico di Milano and I was offered a full-time job at the institutional Politecnico’s website office. My activities were focused first on database administration, static and dynamic web pages programming and aapplication project management, then I was given also the responsibility of the website IT infrastructure as system administrator in a multi-server environment (Solaris and Linux).--POLITECNICO DI MILANOMilan's architecture, design and engineering university.

I worked on an experimental thesis at Philips Research Labs on the improvement of quality performance of the earliest DVI LCD displays.--PHILIPSPhilips is a multinational company which develops and manufactures consumer electronics products.
