Chief Technology Officer
CurrentI supervise the engineering team from a project inception to the delivery, support and knowledge transfer to the customer for 20+ concurrent projects in a range from hundreds of thousands to multi-million euros. I report to the CEO and I am involved in the board of directors meetings as my accountability covers project management and delivery, relationships with suppliers and customers, new business opportunities, and the wellbeing of 60+ employees.I defined a hiring plan for the company and in the last 2 years I interviewed more than 200 engineers, business analysts and project managers and hired 20+ employees locally and remotely. I helped the company to increase its revenues by ~70%, streamlining its processes and co-creating a new business strategy to create new business opportunities while optimizing the margins. During 2021 I have been involved in the due diligence for the acquisition of a minority share of the company by Maggioli S.P.A. (2200 employees and 200+ millions annual revenue), covering both the overall technical side and the economics of the delivery (projects, people, suppliers and customers).
