Responsible for the largest key account in Costa Rica developing and supervising an average of 44 stores inside and outside GAM. Provide service to Wholesale Distributors accomplishing a sales budget of 2.1M $/year. Leading the sales force team composed by 20 people. Supervise the management and fulfillment of group sales goal, pricing policy, discounts, management of POP material, promotions, and final customer satisfaction. Provide training in the commercial and technical area, to sales teams and final customers.

Portfolio of retail distributors in the North and Atlantic zone of Costa Rica responsible, with a sales budget of $1.5M/year Achieving this thanks to a solid and quality interpersonal relationships with clients. Evaluate the client conditions and enhance them to increase sales and profits. Provide technical advice to end customers and retail distributors to create loyalty and brand positioning.

Responsible for sales budget fulfillment and product volume assigned to distributors and provide market coverage. Evaluate distributors resources allocation to determine the feasibility of installing pneumatic pumps, elevators, signage, etc. in the different sale points.
