CurrentManaging Representative López’s calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and committee engagements to ensure seamless daily operations.Serving as the primary liaison for constituents, resolving inquiries and concerns by coordinating with state agencies and leveraging our casework management system.Conducting in-depth legislative research, preparing briefing materials, drafting bills, and tracking legislative proposals through the committee process.Organizing and distributing press releases, ensuring timely communication with constituents and the media.Overseeing Tallahassee office operations during committee weeks and legislative sessions, preparing the Representative for meetings, sessions, and stakeholder engagements.Planning and supporting community events, fostering positive relationships with local organizations and stakeholders in District 43.
