IR Blindado Na Bolsa is a digital platform that allows individual investors to easily calculate and pay the due taxes over their investments in stock markets, with +3000 satisfied customers.My role as the sole-founder was to set up the whole operation, which consisted of:-- Product Development: define market fit, understand customer needs, understand positioning, perform competitive analysis, continuous improvements.-- Sales / Marketing Strategy: create, implement and execute the digital marketing strategy, totally based on educational content creation.-- Team Management / Leadership: build team, select talents, organize the workflow, and implement efficient processes (customer support, content creation, etc)We operate 100% as a digital and remote company.Context:In 2020 the number of individual investors in Brazil's stock market boomed. Due to Brazil's complicated regulations, it is extremely complex to calculate the due taxes over this kind of investment and the consequences of default on tax obligations are severe. Seeing this as an opportunity, IR Blindado was launched and quickly became a reference in the sector.

In less than a year, Inkiri currency was the main way of exchange in Piracanga Ecovillage (corresponding for 90% of the transaction), and impacting hundreds of people that had no access to the conventional financial system.-- 2016-2018 CFO - Organized all the finances and processes, set up all the taxes and regulatory compliances, delivered transparent and coherent balance sheets, build the financial team end trained my successor.
