Two years after being hired at DELL Brasil I decided that I'd need to get my focus back to the "Software World" and after revamping my skills got a promotion to DELL Ireland.At DELL Ireland I'm responsible for a Level 2 support of the Microsoft and Converged platform on the entire EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa region). Some of the technologies that I support in a daily basis are Storage Spaces, Storage Spaces Direct, Microsoft Clustering , System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Azure Stack, Nutanix and VmWare vSAN.At this team I have the opportunity to get in touch with some of the biggest companies in Europe and across the globe.

At first responsible for the support of backup units and SMB storage line was quickly (less than one year after being hired) transferred to the Equallogic storage team.On that team I've worked mainly with iSCSI SANs and could help the team with my Virtualization and OS knowledge, creating and delivering a knowledge transfer project to about 200 people on the operation. Because of this project I was awarded a "DELL Champion Award" given to high impact internal projects.My main focus on this team was handling customers calls and keeping quality with the lowest cost possible. As a recognition of my work I've got 2 Top performer awards (given quarterly to the Engineers with the best KPIs and peer voted).

At Ecore I've worked as a contractor to Atlassian as a JIRA Support Engineer in a follow the sun rotation.Was part of a team responsible mainly for the North America and Europe support of the JIRA application to some of the biggest companies in the world.Here I've improved my Linux and application troubleshooting skills as well as documentation skills.Also got experience with Agile oriented teams and processes.

At SISNEMA I've worked as a Trainer (Microsoft and XenServer) and Virtualization Architect.Besides that I've also had the opportunity to speak in conferences about new technologies to audiences as high as 800 people in one session. My main focus in the virtualization areas was the CITRIX suite (namely XenServer,XenApp and Xendesktop). Also worked with other virtualization platforms as Hyper-V and VMware.
