It enabled unique product features and a UX ahead of the competition.Product CategorizationLed the training and production pipeline of a ML model capable of categorizing products. In one day impacted ~9MM items that would otherwise need a manual operation.Real-time revenue predictionLed the team bringing technical guidance and the product requirements for it to excel. The model was heavily tested reaching ~95% accuracy.North Star MetricDefined a new customer-centric funnel to be used as the main indicator of product health and performance.
